One Week Until Opening!

Ulster County’s newest (and possibly only) creative reuse shop opens in Kingston in just one week.  We have been cutting, folding and labeling fabric daily for about a month, and
we estimate that we have…wait for it…about a thousand yards of fabric on our shelves! There is a wide variety, too.  We have lots of flannel, quite a bit of quilting cotton, several
large cuts of lovely suitings, and a collection of specialty fabrics such as sequined, beaded, upholstery and canvas. You really do have to see it to believe it.

And let’s not forget yarn!  We have a dozen baskets of acrylic, wool blend, cotton, 100% wool and also some nifty metallic “fancy” yarn.  There are many with 6 or more matching
skeins, which is pretty cool for a resale shop. Many, many thanks to our generous donors!

Grand Opening Event

This coming Tuesday, April 22, we will open our doors to the public at 11:00am, with a ribbon cutting hosted by the Ulster County Chamber of Commerce at 3:00pm.  We’d love
to see all of our future customers and friends there!  Make a free Piggy Potholder project and enjoy complimentary cookies and coffee/tea.
